Fantastic place, it was perfectly clean and had very professional and hard-working staff with manager or hotel staff member.

Very professional staff, breakfasts were exceptional.

The idea to include coffee & tea makers and glassware in the a double room was nice. Its location was perfect and incredible on the beaches. And we were near to the downtown and public areas and a square with the balconies looking into that square courtyard.

The offered breakfast was light and exceptional. The rooms were reasonably large and functional for garden view and the beds were very comfy. The hotel was in a central location on a positive note the gardens are beautiful.

Bed was very very comfy, room was romantic and nicely furnished. The breakfast was light and had lots of options — eggs and pancakes. The hotel's location was beautiful and amazing, in the secret garden with a market and gift stores within walking distance.

I spent 3 nights here and truly enjoyed that. The hotel was spotless with well-equipped and well-kept rooms and responsive staff. The offered breakfast was light with a beautiful spread. The venue had indeed a perfect location on the fan blinking non stop.

Impeccably clean and gorgeous place, has lovely views of the ocean. Its location is marvellous in secluded outside area alone. Furthermore, it's not far from the gift shop and "gourmet" restaurants.

The room was functional with king size bed and the staff extremely polite and amiable. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Tulum.

The rooms were large, airy, and had a delightful balcony, a ceiling fan, and wireless internet. The location was marvellous, on a pathway!

Special hotel, well-appointed rooms. Light breakfast with a beautiful spread, cold drinks. Early check-in, parking on-site. Sports bar and great pool.

There was a well-appointed room. The location couldn't be more beautiful and amazing to the gift shop.

The staff were amazing, caring, and fun. The beach staff at the premier VIP guest beach were extra great! We loved our room with a pool and the staff member who walked around making sure we had everything we needed at our room pool. The food was great, with awesome options. The drinks were strong and endless. There was so much to do at the hotel, making it hard to want to leave and explore elsewhere. The place was huge, but we could always find a section of our own even when it was packed. So many wedding parties on the weekend and the pool was just one big party. The staff made this place truly luxurious.

Felt at ease, no reason to complain.

The facility is nice. Very nice pool and beach. The activity could be better, especially in the evenings. There are more activities for the children, but not much for the adults. You have to come with your own group.

Loved light and outstanding breakfasts, and spotless hotel.

It had a perfect and incredible location short walk to several attractions and a private Mexican restaurant which was really nice and Tulum for about £ 2 return. Moreover, it was about 0 mins walk from Dreams Tulum Resort & spa.
